My husband got the fettuccini a la huancaina con lomo, both were incredible dishes with bold, unexpected flavors. Sardi is not your traditional Peruvian. “ Absolutely LOVE Sardi Peruvian Cuisine! From the warm, welcoming vibe to the beautiful tribute to Sophia’s grandfather Sardi, this place is full of heart. The food is out of this world—our grilled octopus appetizer was cooked to perfection (not rubbery at all, chef’s kiss!), and both entrées, the Lomo Saltado a lo Pobre and Pescado a la Macho, were finger-licking good.
